Andrea provides support to the Pension and Investment team; liaising closely with client and their advisers, to ensure smooth processing at all stages of the process.
She worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group for 26 years undertaking a variety of roles in branch and office, including; Customer Advisor, Corporate Recoveries and Complaints.
More recently she has been the Head of Client Services at a Financial Advice practice in Shrewsbury for five years, before starting at Carl Summers Financial Services.
Her home life at the moment is taken up with renovating the house she has recently moved to in Newport, but she always makes time for her cats Ollie and Chester!
